By using the services of Ezee Packers and Movers, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services:
We provide packing, moving, and storage services for residential and commercial clients. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

Booking and Payment:
Clients must book services in advance. A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm your booking. Full payment must be made upon completion of services. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Liability:
While we take utmost care in handling your belongings, Ezee Packers and Movers are not liable for any loss or damage caused by unforeseen circumstances such as accidents, natural disasters, or delays. Clients are advised to secure insurance coverage for valuable items.

Packing Materials:
We use high-quality packing materials. However, if clients opt to use their own materials, we are not responsible for any damage resulting from inadequate packing.

Prohibited Items:
We do not transport hazardous materials, perishable goods, or illegal items. Clients must declare any high-value items prior to the move.

Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved, they will be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts.

Amendments:
Ezee Packers and Movers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
